LOGITECH MEETUP VIDEO CONFERENCE CAM

Share :

Logitech, the popular video and audio company, recently introduced the “Logitech MeetUp 4K ConferenceCam”, a high-def conference room solution for businesses of all shapes and sizes. The secret to success with this new camera are its collection of rich features, including custom-tuned speakers, and 120-degree field-of-view lens. Since the 4K ConferenceCam was specifically designed for huddle spaces, it makes sense to define the “huddle” for our non-US audience. A gather is basically a group of two to six people that sit in a meeting room all facing the same camera. It’s not the sort of conference where you might use multiple microphones or cameras.

Logitech Meetup

The Logitech Meetup has been modify to provide huddle/conference rooms with the best viewing possible with its widened camera. It makes sure everyone is seen, and with its integrated audio system, sound is optimized for the conference room. A few defining features include:

  • All-in-one audio and video
  • Motorized pan and tilt with Logitech lens
  • Certified for business
  • 3 camera presets
  • Wireless Bluetooth technology
  • Multiple mounting options
  • High-quality audio
  • 4K Ultra HD video calling
  • 3-microphone speakerphone
  • RightSense technologies built-in
  • Extended range with expansion mic for Meetup
  • Premium 5 times zoom

Logitech Meetup was designed to make conferencing more convenient and it does that and more.

Angekis Saber IP 20x

The Angekis Saber was designed "made ready to use" for fast and easy use in the conference room. This state-of-the-art camera provides high definition video to improve the overall quality of the video conference. The features include:

  • 2x digital zoom and 20x optical zoom
  • 3D noise reduction feature
  • 60-degree fOV
  • 1080p video over IP
  • Support for H.264 and H.265 encoding
  • IP, SD, HDMI, and USB
  • Daisy chain support
  • Functional IR remote controller
  • Stunning PTZ mechanical design
  • State-of-the-art focusing algorithm
  • POE support
  • Accurate pan-tilt control

The Better Conference Camera

Engineered for efficiency and high quality, the Angekis Saber IP 20x delivers clear, high definition video imaging. However, compared to the Logitech Meetup it lacks an integrated audio system. The Logitech Meetup is more of an all-in-one video conferencing tool. It includes the visual AND audio aspects of a conference while the Angekis Saber only covers the visual portion. In terms of camera quality, however, the Angekis Saber offers 20x optical zoom resulting in clearer images than the Meetup's 5x zoom.

SUPER-WIDE FIELD OF VIEW FOR TIGHT SPACES

Logitech MeetUp brings remarkable video quality to small conference rooms. Its 120-degree FOV easily accommodates huddle rooms with up to eight people. The 4K ultra high-def sensor and Logitech lens deliver extra sharp clarity, while pan, tilt, and zoom allow you to quickly refocus as needed.

UNIQUELY ENGINEERED SOUND DESIGN

MeetUp’s integrated audio is optimized for huddle room acoustics, delivering exceptional sound in small rooms. Three beamforming mics and a custom-tuned speaker ensure meetings sound as great as they look. Add Expansion Mic for MeetUp to extend the audio range up to 4.2 meters.

AS EASY AS PLUG AND PLAY

Step into a huddle room and instantly start a video collaboration. MeetUp plugs into a USB port and simply works. Use any video conferencing software application and cloud service, including the ones you already use.

DESIGNED FOR THE WAY PEOPLE MEET

Small conference rooms are growing in popularity, and MeetUp rises to the challenge. It provides superb resolution, color balance, detail, and audio in tight spaces. With the included wall mount and compact design that minimizes cable clutter, MeetUp optimizes the huddle room experience.

EXTRAS PROVIDE MORE CONVENIENCE

Logitech’s free mobile app (available on Google Play and iTunes) turns your smartphone or tablet into a remote control for MeetUp. Add accessories such as the Logitech Expansion Mic and TV Mount for different room sizes and configurations. Order replacement parts if needed to keep everything up and running.
